DentaLeverage (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the platform at dentaleverage.com. We provide dental practice growth resources, membership programmes, and AI-powered advisory tools. If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us at hello@dentaleverage.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
- Practice information: practice name, location, goals, monthly patient volumes, marketing budgets, website URL, phone number, and other details you provide through onboarding or the Growth Partner.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Usage data: pages visited, resources downloaded, features used, Growth Partner conversations, and other interactions with the platform.
- Communications: feedback submissions, support requests, and any other messages you send us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and deliver the services you have purchased.
- To personalise the Growth Partner — your practice profile and history are used to generate relevant AI-powered advice. This data is sent to Anthropic’s API (Claude) for processing.
- To analyse platform usage and improve our features and content.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications). We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data under their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing for the Growth Partner feature. Your practice profile and conversation history are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
- PostHog — product analytics, hosted on EU servers. Tracks feature usage, events, and page views.
- Google Analytics 4 — website traffic analytics.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, Stripe transaction records).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Opt out of analytics tracking (see our Cookie Policy).
