Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with DentaLeverage. This policy explains how refunds work for each product. All payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

1. Growth Toolkit (One-Time Purchase)

The Toolkit is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@dentaleverage.com and we will review your case.

2. Membership (Monthly / Annual Subscription)

  • You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
  • If you are charged after a cancellation due to a processing error, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

3. Growth Partner (Subscription)

  • You may cancel your Growth Partner subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We handle billing errors, duplicate charges, and exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern not covered above, please reach out — we will always try to find a fair resolution.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@dentaleverage.com with your account email, the product you purchased, the date of charge, and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
